Cuba Considers More Reforms ? Miami International Business ...

There are a lot of market reforms floating around like the ocean breezes in Cuba.? However, Los Castros have yet to implement any of the truly promising reforms like less restrictive travel, more private farming, even co-op farming and businesses (I guess like a kibbutz). ?When Cuba?s Parliament opened its twice annual session earlier this week, it was unclear if any of these interesting proposals will be considered.
